Try something new in 2026: get more active with some Nordic Walking.
Nordic Walking provides a good all body workout activating 90% of your muscles.
I will be showing you the Nordic Walking technique and we will go for a short walk.
We are a friendly group and do a lot of chatting too. The walks are free for ladies with breast cancer or donation based. Nordic Walking poles are provided l. Confirm your attendance so I can bring a pair for you.
