A six-week course teaching the basics of how to meditate. Learn how to be present with what is, focusing on the breath, alignment, and calming the mind. We will train our minds by practicing non-judgmental awareness of whatever is happening, moment to moment, inside and outside of us. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
