This relaxed and welcoming 2-hour introduction is for complete beginners — no experience, flexibility, spiritual background, or special equipment required.
The workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore meditation in a simple, practical, and down-to-earth way.
What You’ll Learn
During the session, we will explore:
- What meditation really is (and what it is not)
- Why meditation can help with stress, anxiety, sleep, focus, and emotional wellbeing
- Common myths and misunderstandings about meditation
- Why it’s completely normal for the mind to wander
- Simple techniques to help calm and settle the nervous system
- How to begin a realistic meditation practice at home
What We’ll Practice
You’ll be gently guided through a variety of beginner-friendly practices, including:
- Breath awareness
- Guided meditation
- Relaxation techniques
- Mindfulness practices
- Short periods of quiet reflection

This is not about “getting meditation right.”
There is no pressure to perform, share personal experiences, sit in uncomfortable positions, or empty your mind.
