If you're new to meditation, zen-curious, or just unsure of where to begin...this is for you!Join us on the 2nd Sunday of every month as one of our Sangha members will guide you through the basics and some traditional meditation techniques within Buddhism.
The Intro to Meditation will take place in the Parish House before our regular Weekly Meeting...feel free to stay and put what you've learned to use right away!
