Join us at Capuchin Yard Creative for an Intro to Lino Print class!
Bring the pictures in your minds eye to life in this friendly introductory workshop/
In this class we will cover:
- how to prep your block
- how care for your tools
- how to transfer designs
- mark making
- hand burnishing
By the end of the session you will have your very own Lino Print and all the knowledge you need to begin your Lino Print journey!
This class is a great way to meet new people and get stuck into a brand new creative experience.
What you need to know
Because Lino cutting involves the use of sharp tools this workshop will be for participants 18 and over
We will provide all materials (and tea and biscuits)! No need to bring anything.
We will be providing some disposable aprons for you to wear, but make sure you are wearing clothing that can handle a stain or two from the ink.
