The Cairns-based Queensland Manufacturing Hub in collaboration with Vative, is delivering another Introduction to Lean workshop in Cairns. The Lean workshop offers a deeply engaging and hands-on learning opportunity, strategically crafted to equip participants with the necessary tools and methodologies for spearheading Lean improvement initiatives within their organisations.
Through the application of Lean principles, this program strives to ensure a tangible return on investment (ROI) for improvement projects. It proves to be an excellent fit for leaders, managers, supervisors, technical experts and even general staff who play a pivotal role in driving change and establishing a culture of Continuous Improvement to deliver increased productivity, profitability and growth. Over a period of 2 days, the workshop highlights Lean manufacturing and other related productivity improvement concepts, reinforced by the simulation of a series of manual processes.
