Join our Monday Lunchtime Course on the Meadows! Perfect for new students looking to learn new skills and make new friends!
The goal of this course is to give you an introduction to key elements of self-defence training, using the reality based self-defence system Krav Maga.
We will cover:
Situational awareness and de-escalation
Managing distance
Striking effectively
Mindset: controlled aggression and determination
Becoming a hard target
We have a limited number of spaces available in our classes and are looking to take in 12 new beginners who want to join our community of friendly and dedicated kravers.
We are looking for people who want to learn effective self-defence skills, expand their comfort zone and challenge themselves based on their own individual starting point. All part of a supportive and welcoming group, where people help each other progress and reach new goals.
