This class will introduce students to basic safety and paddling skills.
If you're new to the world of kayaking or have minimal paddling experience, this class is for you. You will be introduced to basic safety and paddling skills on calm, flat water. After an overview of equipment, you will learn some basic strokes and maneuvers, then we'll do some paddling and you will be able to practice what you've learned. After this class you should feel confident with your skills to join several of our available tours or rent kayaks and create your own adventure.
$69 per person includes kayak, paddle, PFD and instructor
