A full-day, in-person, didactic (with opportunities for experiential) introduction to Internal Family Systems.
About this Event

This course will teach the basics of the Internal Family Systems model and how it is used with clients to resolve psychological issues and bring psychological healing to enhance self-confidence and well-being. The day will include interactive didactic teaching, a demo IFS session, and small group practice.
