This two-day workshop introduces massage as a creative process alongside teaching effective techniques but above all it's a wonderful way to have a go at basic massage!
The programme is likely to include:
-Self-massage
-Effective body use for minimising strain
-Working with a partner including shoulders, back, legs, arms and face
-Varied and appropriate touch using different parts of our hands
-Working on a massage table, the floor and in a chair
Cost includes: Refreshments, use of all materials and equipment and small handbook.
