Herbal Medicine is the first medicine used by humans and has been integrated into cultures across the world for centuries. In this class we will delve into the energetics of herbalism and how this is the foundation of working with herbs, regardless of what herbal tradition you practice.
We will also talk about some of the herbal traditions, review the primary methods of making and using herbs as medicine, and how to navigate expanding your knowledge and experience with plants.
This is a great class to begin your journey into Herbalism.
You'll leave this class with a better understanding of how you can use herbs and will be inspired to dig even deeper.
