Meet Your Tea Artist, Véronique Vachon:
The Gong Fu Cha tradition has been a significant part of Veronique's life for over 20 years. This passion started by the discovery of Japanese green teas at age 15. With a background in education, she is deeply passionate about teaching and sharing her knowledge with those eager to learn. Strongly drawn to the complex flavours of various teas, she has also a deep appreciation for the beauty of Yixing clay teapots, and both historical and contemporary ceramics. Her practice is meditative when done alone and becomes a delightful social event when shared with others. She finds the exchange of ideas with fellow enthusiasts both stimulating and enjoyable. She will welcome you to the table with great delight.
