Introduction to Ecotherapy
How can we bring it into our lives and work?
About this Event
Ecotherapy supports wellbeing through connection with the natural world. This workshop is for anyone curious about ecotherapy personally, as well as professionals wanting to integrate nature‑based approaches into their work. We’ll explore the history of ecotherapy, its role in society today, and why nature‑based support is increasingly important.
