Introduction to Crystals

Learn how to choose cleanse and program crystals how to work with them and take part in a guided meditation to enable you to connect more deeply to the energy and insight of a crystal. Perfect for beginners or anyone curious to learn more about the healing world of crystals! Each person will receive a free lucky dip crystal to keep. There will be a comfort break mid way through the workshop where you can purchase a hot drink if you wish. Water biscuits and course notes provided.
