ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
We live full, enriching and complex lives. Now, how can we write out these experiences to craft powerful, compelling reads? In this introductory creative nonfiction workshop, instructor Max Pasakorn will guide participants through a brief introduction to the mystifying yet exciting genre of creative nonfiction and the freedoms this new genre allows. Then, together we’ll read and analyse a short work of creative nonfiction, before starting work on our own pieces through guided writing exercises. Come with a keen sense of adventure and a willingness to play – you’ll never know what memories and revelations you’ll (re)discover from this workshop!
