Course Description:
This course offers a comprehensive review of five key counseling frameworks and modalities that are widely used in clinical settings. Participants will explore the core principles, therapeutic techniques, and the populations best suited for each approach, including Exposure Therapy, Positive Psychology, Eco-Therapy, Family Therapy, and Grief Therapy. Emphasis will be placed on identifying the specific counseling skills necessary for each modality and understanding how these frameworks can be effectively integrated into clinical practice. Additionally, the course will highlight resources and pathways for further professional development and training in each modality, empowering participants to expand their therapeutic toolkit and improve client outcomes.
