This session is designed to give you the confidence to enjoy open water swimming and cold water dipping safely and understand the safety aspects of this growing activity. This is especially geared towards the colder months.
Included in the price is one hot drink and a cake of your choice from The Cake Shack, our fantastic onsite facility at Whitmore Lakes.
