Introduction to Coffee Origins

In this Intro to Coffee Origins skills lab, we will take a broad look at global coffee trade. We will discuss coffee agronomy, varieties, as well as basic processing techniques. This class will equip you with the knowledge of where coffee comes from as well as familiarize you with all the hands coffee touches before it reaches our shops. We will also sample coffees from various origins and discuss common flavor profiles.
