These classes are intended for people who want to try capoeira for the first time. No preparation is required; we will always work with respect for the body and personal attitudes. No rush, no pressure at all. The classes are individual or for groups and focus on basic movements of attack and defence of Capoeira Angola. These movements are practised individually or in couple.
