If you're exploring spiritual paths, looking for something more than the usual work-spend-sleep routine, or are just plain curious about Buddhism, this is the course for you!Teachings will be given in English by Denny Moffatt, a senior student at Buddha House who has been teaching this course for many years. No prior knowledge of Buddhism is required.
Commencing with a brief history of the Buddha’s life, the course will cover these main topics:
• The Four Noble Truths
• Impermanence
• Samsara (suffering)
• Karma
• Rebirth
• Refuge
• Bodhicitta
• Daily Practice
Sessions will be held at Buddha House on Saturday mornings over 4 weeks, starting 7 February 2026. The course facility fee is $40 (concession / members: $30) which includes all 4 sessions.
