Join local artist, naturalist, and printmaker, Juliana Smith, for a session of botanical illustration! No experience required! During this workshop, we'll explore mark-making tools and techniques to create beautiful botanical illustrations. We will start with the basics in ink and watercolor (practice templates will be provided) before enjoying time to create our own pieces with Juliana guiding as we go. Students will leave with an understanding of how to capture botanical likeness and finished pieces, plus their own starter botanical illustration kits to continue practicing at home. $100/person. All supplies included.
