How It Works:
Our Chef Instructors demonstrate, guide, coach, and support your child
Students learn proper food handling and safety techniques
Students work individually and in groups while preparing a large variety of baked foods hands-on
Students get to eat what is prepared in class
We teach how to use kitchen equipment, cookware, and everything else needed to be proficient in the kitchen
We supply all food, ingredients, a hat, and an apron
Soft drinks are available for purchase during classes
Complimentary Filtered water is available

Monday: How to measure ingredients, Equipment Use & Safety, Work Station Organization, Following Recipes, Making Batters, Cake & Cupcake Baking
Tuesday: Cake Decorating For The Beginner, Cupcakes With Fondant & Buttercream & Rainbow Explosion Celebration Cakes
Wednesday: Light Fluffy Biscuits, Jalapeno Cornbread, & Lemon Scones
Thursday: Baking & Decorating Sugar Cookies, Unicorn Cake Pops, & Light Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls
