Buay Tang has his masters in Ayurveda studies. What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, the first known medical philosophy that dates back thousands of years. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your mat (we offer mats for sale or you can rent for $2), water (we offer filtered water and for sale $2) and perhaps a note book.
