Introduction to Authentic Relating IN PERSON in Eugene, OR

On Thursday September 9 @7-8:30pm PT join Chris (whom Laureli has mentored) for Authentic Relating (AR) Games. Please arrive on time as we lock the door ~15 min after we begin.You must sign up before the event at https://www.epyogaeugene.com/event/introduction-to-authentic-relating/. Space is limited and we will follow current mask policy for indoor spaces.
This event is posted in many places, so signups here don't indicate likely attendance.
In this event, we'll do specially crafted activities called AR Games. These are designed to help us get in touch with ourselves in the moment (our body feelings, emotions, thoughts, judgements, stories, and curiosities), and then connect with each other. In AR events, people often experience warmth, intimacy, care, and deep connection. There’s been lots of self-discovery, tears, laughter (plenty of laughter!) and insight.
Both experienced Authentic Relaters and newbies (with some personal or spiritual growth experience) are welcome to participate in. All diversity is exuberantly welcome and encouraged!
