Introduction to Aromatherapy (Mather at the Cov)

Learn the basics of aromatherapy and its potential benefits. You will learn the history and origins of aromatherapy, how to safely select essential oils, various methods of use, and how to create aromatherapy blends to help support your wellness.

Mather is proud to join 6th Ward Alderman William Hall and New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (“The Cov”) in Chatham to offer a variety of wellness programs for adults age 55 and better. Classes will take place at The Cov’s campus, located at 754 E. 77th Street on the 3rd floor.

All classes are tuition-free, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered beginning at 8:30am on class days.
