Welcome to our four-week acroyoga course for beginners! We'll go through some of the basic poses so that you feel more confident in your practice. This course is for anyone who hasn't tried acryoga before and is curious about the practice, or for those who would like to deepen their skills.
Acroyoga is a playful practice that combines yoga, acrobatics, and partner work, creating a unique way to build strength and balance while having fun.
You don't need a partner to join! There are plenty of people to team up with here.
We'll meet at the MMA (martial arts) room at Kraft.
For those who are intermediate, there's also an option to team up with others at your level.

Payment: If you decide to come regularly, you only need to become a member of TSI, which is approximately 300-400 kroner per year, alongside the Kraft entrance fee. It might be possible to get free entrance for a free trial if you ask the reception, but no guarantees.
