This 90 minute Workshop looks at how to start introducing your baby to solids alongside milk at around 6 months of age.
About this Event

A FREE, one-off workshop looking at how to start introducing your baby to solids, alongside milk, at around 6 months of age and then how to build on this, to encourage them to develop their eating skills and positive eating habits as they grow and develop.

Topics covered:

• When are babies ready to begin introducing solids?

• Tuning into Mealtimes

• How to get your baby off to a good start

• What foods to start with and foods we need to be aware of

• How to build up the range and textures of the food offered

• How to build up your confidence as a parent

• Things to be mindful of e.g. allergies, safety, good habits, etc…

• Question and Answer session
