Introduction to Zumba Gold is a fun, low-impact dance fitness class designed for beginners and active older adults. This class focuses on learning the basic Zumba Gold steps at a comfortable pace, with easy-to-follow instruction and upbeat music.
Participants will break down simple movements and gradually build into short choreographed routines, improving coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment. No dance experience is required.
