What we’ll cover:
🌿 Foundational poses and alignment tips
🌿 Breathing techniques for calm and focus
🌿 How to use props and modify for your body
🌿 Space for questions and personal guidance
You’ll leave with the tools to move forward in your practice — whether that means joining group classes, practicing at home, or simply feeling more at ease in your body.
