Join us at Sun Moon Yoga, on the lower level of Menari Body Works, for an Introduction to Yoga class. This is the best class for those new to yoga or if it has been a long time since you have practiced. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breathing, alignment suggestions, use of props, and mindfulness practices. No experience is necessary. If you have a yoga mat, bring it; if not, have yoga mats available.
Class dates: September 24, October 1, 8, & 15 Time: 7 PM Cost: $15 individual class, or buy a five class punch card for $60 and attend all four Intro classes and then another class of your choice.
