Intro to Yoga + 1 Free Month at MLC

If you are completely new to yoga, don't know where to start, or already a beginner, this course is for you!
Learn the core basics of yoga under Emilias' compassionate and knowledgeable guidance. This workshop will help answer any questions you may have and give you tools to continue with your yoga practice.After this course, you will be prepared for our regular scheduled guided classes. You can also start up a Mysore style practice if you want to join an amazing melting pot of yoga practitioners and taste the inspirational energy of practicing in the traditional method.
We will introduce you to the foundational elements of yoga including philosophy, postures, breathing and meditation. We can help start you on the path to becoming a committed student.
