Ever arrived at a meal party and been asked what wine you would like to drink and been usure what you like, or are baffled by the names on the menu? Hosting an event and want to know what wines to buy or how to provide the perfect pairing for your cheese board or meal? Standing in the wine or cheese section at a store can be so overwhelming.

Join Sweetwater and Deanna Voss from Full Board Charcuterie for an Intro to Wine and Cheese pairing workshop. Learn all the subtle ins and outs of white wine, red, dry, or rose and the cheeses that make them shine. Enjoy an evening of fun drinks, nibbles, and great company as you gain the skills to be at ease at an office party or as a host.

New Years is for fancy cocktail parties and wine and cheese nights. Learn the skills to blow your friends away at this event.

Full Board started years before it was ever a business. Deanna and her family love to find new restaurants when traveling. While traveling to Boston, they found themselves ordering a charcuterie board at nearly every restaurant. After many boards, Deanna decided to make a Charcuterie Board at home. It quickly became a weekly family tradition. Deanna and her family still continue this tradition every Friday. Mom & Dad make a board (sometimes the kids help), they pick a movie, gather on a blanket, and dig in. As the kids continue to grow, so has the amount of boards needed! Both Cameron (7), and Landon (5), know when it’s Friday and can’t wait to roll out the blanket! Whether it’s a meat & cheese curated board or fondue, Deanna and her family have grown to love this weekly tradition where they all come together and reconnect
