About this Event

Join Sarah Arrazola of St. Pete Ferments to learn the basics of fermenting your garden vegetables at home. Sarah will walk you through each step to create your own pickled vegetables, explain how wild fermentation works, and teach you food safety for home fermentation. Attendees will get to make and take home their own fermented creation.

Sarah Arrazola, founder of St. Pete Ferments, is a St. Petersburg native and proud Floridian. She has a decade of fermentation experience. Previously, she was co-founder of the annual Florida Ferment Fest, and has worked on organic vegetable and permaculture farms.
