We will be running the Boxer's Trail in Philly and will have mileage options for all. In this clinic we will talk about the difference in trail vs road running shoes AND have HOKA demo trail shoes for everyone to try! We will address how to move efficiently through more difficult terrain, navigating, trail safety and more.
