Free and Open to the Public!
Chapter Meeting starts at 6pm.
Speaker to follow at 7pm.
An Introduction to Stormwater- speaker Jake Calvit was awarded a grant through the US Forest Service to identify and mitigate urban areas in need of tree canopy. Mr Calvit has a master’s degree in Forestry from Stephen F Austin State University. As an environmental scientist, he has focused on Wetlands and Wetland Mitigation, with an emphasis on stormwater storage.
