As the weather gets cold, join us for an introduction to making delicious warming stews, and slow cooking. Learn how to build your stews and the different ways that you can thicken them.Be prepared to eat quite alot! Gretchen will have cooked a variety of stews – Gammon & Cider, Chicken & Bacon, Vegetable and Beef & Ale, so that you can have a taste of all of them!
