Delve into the art and science of sourdough baking in this hands-on workshop that aims to demystify the sourdough process and make it more approachable for at-home bakers! Learn not only how to make a traditional rustic sourdough boule, but also how to apply your knowledge of using a sourdough starter culture to make other sourdough goodies like bagels, pizza dough, focaccia, ciabatta, and other baked goods! Master starter cultivation, dough preparation, shaping, and baking techniques. Take home a starter culture and your own ready-to-bake boule!
