Ms. Papayanopolus joined the Bexar County Small Business & Entrepreneurship Department in February 2022 as the Capacity Building Program Coordinator. She plays a key role in supporting small businesses and helping them navigate contracting opportunities with Bexar County and other agencies within the public and private sector. Linda also supervises the Department’s Outreach and Communications Team in which she facilitates the coordination and participation of all staff in business networking and capacity building events, special presentations, assisting office visitors, and providing needed assistance to public inquiries.
