You’ll learn the essentials—how to safely climb, create foot locks, and add a graceful spin—while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our supportive instructors guide you step-by-step, so you can focus on having fun while exploring movement in the air. No experience is needed—just a willingness to try something new and feel amazing doing it! Cost is $25; current Pole Members receive a $10 discount. This is a 45 minute class.
