Intro to Seed Saving Learn about seed saving and how to start your own seed library for your garden, balcony, flowerbed or neighborhood community. This will be a hands-on course in which we will learn to harvest, dry and store both common and heritage seeds from grains, greens and vegetables. All materials provided. Enjoy a glass of wine during the class at Plant Connection SF and take home a packet of seeds to start your own garden.

Instructor:
Chris Weachock is the founder of Friendly Sprouts. He grows small batch vegetables and microgreens that he sells at local San Francisco farmers' markets and local grocery stores. Friendly sprouts shares a mission with Plant Connection SF to make urban farming and hyper-local produce more accessible to all.
