You can expect a relaxed, supportive day focused on learning by doing. We'll start with the basics of moving confidently on rock - footwork, balance, and choosing safe lines - before heading onto a classic, beginner-friendly scramble in the Lake District.
There's no pressure to rush or push beyond your comfort zone; the aim is to build confidence gradually, understand how to move safely on steeper ground, and come away feeling more capable and at ease in mountain terrain.
