If you are new to quilting or just looking to expand your quilting skills, this is the class series for you! This class is the third of a five part series. You don't have to attend all five classes, but if you do, you will leave with a finished quilt top!Betsy will teach you to make a beautiful sampler quilt while learning a variety of basic quilting techniques. This class will teach you to make half-square triangles, flying geese, quarter-square triangles, strip piecing and so much more!
Class 3 will teach you the following three blocks: Economy, Ohio Star, and Friendship Star
In each of the first four classes, you will learn to make 3 of the 12 different blocks. The fifth class will be spent finishing construction and adding sashing to complete this fantastic quilt. We will be following the Simply Sampled Quilt Pattern by Jeni Baker.
Supplies needed:
-Your machine
-Basic sewing supplies such as thread, snips, pins, seam ripper, etc.
-Clear acrylic ruler (if you have one)
Fabric kits will be supplied by Stitchhouse.
