Slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect with your body, spirit, and energy in this beginner-welcoming Qigong workshop. Whether you’re brand new to Qigong or returning to your practice, this experience offers simple, powerful tools you can take with you into everyday life.

– 4 Elements Form
– Ba Duan Jin (8 Pieces of Brocade)

Meet Your Host: Ronnie Hartley 🌟
Ronnie was introduced to Qigong through martial arts training and earned the rank of Second Dan in Taekwondo. He began sharing Qigong in recovery and community wellness spaces in Portland, OR and later in Silver City, NM. Now based in Billings, MT with his wife and son, Ronnie brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to this practice.
He credits Qigong as one of his strongest personal supports in recovery and a key element in deepening his spiritual connection.
