Join us at Faction Combat in Mesa for a 60-minute beginner-friendly Self-Defense Workshop designed to teach practical, real-world techniques you can use immediately.

This is a structured introduction to simple, effective self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment.
You’ll learn:

• How to create space and escape safely
