What the heck is POUND fitness?
Join Alyssa Rehel of Sacred Roots Wellness for this introductory workshop and discover POUND, a thrilling, intense, full body cardio jam session of a fitness class!
The workshop incorporates beginner-friendly yoga warm-up & cool down sequences, a breakdown of some of the trickier POUND choreography movements, a full 45 minute POUND class set to a rockin soundtrack AND a ROCKSTAR meditation!
Our amazing POUND pro, Alyssa, will lead this full-body jam session, which uses simulated drumming with lightly weighted drumsticks to burn calories and tone muscle.
No prior drumming or POUND experience required! Workshop is kid friendly; in fact, they'll LOVE it! so bring them along!
