Join us for April Intro to Pole classes!Standalone classes, 1 hour of instruction for $30 taxes included.
Learn the basics of pole dance, and try something new! Pole dance is a full body workout for every body - you don’t need to be strong, flexible, a certain size, have any kind of dance/gymnastics background, or even go to the gym to enjoy this class.
Wear shorts or leggings and a tank top or tshirt. Bare foot. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a water bottle.
