In this class, we will cover the foundational techniques of pole dancing, enabling you to master beginner tricks and seamless transitions on the pole. You’ll also explore low-flow choreography, linking movements together to create a fluid and well-rounded routine.2/17/26 - 3/17/26

To note:
1) Please wear as little clothing as possible as our skin is what helps us to stick on this apparatus. Short shorts and sports bras recommended.
2) Avoid moisturizing your body the day of your class please, this will make it harder to do the movements. The drier the skin the better!!!
