Join Nola Yoga Loft's first Acro workshop, led by Jessalyn Oxford and Jeremy LaLa!In this Intro to Partner Acrobatics & Acroyoga workshop, we will cover how to base, fly, and spot safely and sustainably. In addition to building a strong foundation, we will also explore creative poses, transitions, and conditioning exercises that are challenging and fun. No partner or experience required! $30 per student
