Topics covered will include an overview of how multi-wheel drive systems operate. We will discuss driving terrain, approach angle, safe vehicle operation and ground guiding techniques. Also included an introduction to vehicle recovery equipment and how to safely employ it.

👉🏻 There is also a Basic Offroad Recovery & Field Repair Class taking place the same day and location. With this course you will get hands on with your winch, run lines, snatch blocks and shackles. Set up a tow and snatch strap and learn the difference. Fix a flat using multiple methods to reset the bead, plug a tire and replace a valve stem. Fix broken brake lines and radiator hoses “good enough” to get you back to the hard ball.
