Intro to NLP-Somatics

This is an experiental class designed to teach you the building blocks of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) with a touch of somatic practice.

NLP traditionally teaches students to dissociate from intense emotions to avoid "feeling bad" yet emotions are not the enemy.

Emotion is energy flowing through our nervous system that carries stories & lessons from our past that either keep us trapped or move with power & freedom towards a better version of ourselves

Instead of leading with the mind, as NLP often teaches, we will lead with our body & heart to move through a stressful event, then using the strcuture of NLP to redirect our brain towards the meaning, purpose & freedom we want & deserve

This is an introductory class teaching general princicples. No prior experience is needed. This is not therpay or medical treatment.
